In yesterday's Money section of the Miami Herald, there was a very disturbing report on the spending habits of the wealthy in south Flori-DUH.  It said that not only are they taking fewer trips to Europe and spending less time in ski resorts like Aspen, they are also waiting to purchase a new car, buying only one watch instead of two, and, brace yourselves, flying commercial instead of first class.  This news upset me so much I had to take a Pepcid.

But wait, there's more.  Allen Susser, of the upscale Chef Allen's restaurant in Aventura, says of his customers, ..."They're cutting back from ordering a $300 to $400 bottle of wine to one priced at $100 to $200."  Oh the humanity!  Enough!

I have written in the past of  our duty to help the greedy and to pray for the greedy.  I have sent any spare change I find in my van to wealthy clubs so that the money might be distributed among its' greedy patrons.

Folks, if we don't help the greedy, they will not trickle down on the rest of us.  Please do what you can to support the greedy.

The in-house (literally) polling organization of Bobs Eye View asked 39 people at a local homeless shelter if they've ever been trickled on by the greedy.

27 said they are trickled on by a greedy person on a daily basis

8 said I made them feel so guilty that they are going to vote republican in the election

4 people gave me gum and told me to give it to a greedy person

The margin of error for this poll is plus or minus three rich, white, male republicans.
