MONEY MAKES THE WORLD GO 'ROUND
Someone recently calculated that the profits Exxon/Mobil made in the year 2007 broke down to $86,000 per minute, each and every minute, of each and every day, for the entire year. I don't know about you, but it usually takes me at least 15 or 20 minutes to make $86,000. On bad days, it could even take as much as a half-hour to make that kind of money.
GAS SAVING TIP
Savannah, Georgia is a lovely city, where the average temperature hovers at around 125 degrees. If being in that kind of heat doesn't bother you, I would highly recommend that you visit there.
On my return from Savannah, I discovered another gas saving tip I thought I should pass along to you. I had read that braking your automobile uses up valuable gas, so you should avoid applying your brakes when possible.
As I approached each toll booth on the Flori-DUH turnpike, I only slowed my vehicle down to 20 miles per hour, placed my left arm straight out of the window, and slapped the change into the toll-takers hand. You should practice this approach several times before actually trying it on a real person, as I must warn you that when you use this technique, there is a great risk of ripping the toll-takers arm right out of their socket. If this happens, I would recommend that at the very next toll booth, you drop the severed arm into one of the toll baskets marked "place severed arms here."
I must also warn you that should you sever the arm of a toll collector, there is high likelihood that your automobile insurance will increase substantially.
See You Tomorrow
