By now most of you who are up on the news have heard the explosive breaking news on CNN and other great cable TV networks that Cher has unretired. Yes, you read that right. As reported in Parade magazine a few weeks back, Cher, 62, will soon be releasing a new CD. My life is complete!
Cher says her new Bob Mackie costumes have "more beads and spangles than the rest of Vegas combined." I am thrilled to report that you can vote for your favorite Cher outfit by going to Parade.com/personality. Sadly, most likely many more people will vote for Cher's outfit than vote for our next President.

State Farm of Florida has put in a request for a 47 percent rate hike in insurance premiums for Florida policyholders. As their catchy jingle goes, "Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there...to rip out your still beating heart and throw it to the ground and stomp on it until it beats no more." The melody needs a little work.
